SOME TOP 2011 PROSPECTS
OT Trip Thurman- 2011 6’5 295 Dover HS, Delaware
One of the top OT prospects in the country. Very strong, great feet, excellent technique. Very athletic and aggressive. Trip was a top performer at our NJ camp –just an outstanding D1 OT prospect who has a great future. Holds several D1 offers- look for that number to go up tenfold
WDE/OLB Donnie Simmons- 2011 6’3 220 4.6- Stepinac HS-White Plains, NY
Donnie was at our camp in NJ- and is outstanding. His size, speed and quickness are tremendous. Not only “looks the part”- but backs it up on the field. Watching him go through the drills at camp- his speed and athletic ability are off the charts. If he’s “under the radar” look for that to last about a week. Has the size, speed to play either DE or LB in college. Major D1 prospect- look for multiple D1 offers for Donnie
DB Ronald “Duke” Baines- 2011 6’0 185 4.5- Eastern HS- NJ
Major D1 prospect at DB. Also as a WR or really whatever position he plays. Outstanding athlete, very fast/quick and very very physical- likes to hit and is as aggressive as they come. Work ethic is just tremendous- all out- all the time. Led South Jersey with 7 INT’s last year. At our NJ camp he also worked at WR- and the feedback was similar. Great hands, runs crisp routes, very polished WR. Baines has the attitude and work ethic college coaches want every player on their team to have. Look for many D1 offers for Baines
QB- Mike Bimonte-2011- 6’4 205- Manalapan HS-NJ
Great D1 QB prospect. Very strong arm, live arm, good feet. Excellent mechanics. At our camp in NJ Mike got major praise from all our scouts and coaches including our QB coach former Notre Dame 3 time Heisman Trophy finalist and Pittsburgh Steeler QB Terry Hanratty. In 7 on 7’s at camp he made very fast decisions and delivered the ball very quickly- has excellent vision of what is happening downfield and reacts immediately. Great attitude and tremendous work ethic. Best QB prospect in NJ we have seen- Look for multiple D1 offers for Bimonte
DT- Daryl Stephenson- 6’3 260 4.9-Sayerville HS- NJ
Outstanding D1 DT prospect. Very quick, excellent speed, great motor, very strong and aggressive, excellent feet. Had a great year last year – makes plays left and right. A standout at our NJ camp. Look for multiple D1 offers. With his work ethic he will only continue to get better and his upside it tremendous
WR- Kevin Macari- 6’2 205 4.55 –New Canaan HS-CT
Great size, outstanding hands- catches everything throw his way- or even not his way. Runs crisp routes. Very smart kid with a great attitude and work ethic. Great moves after the catch- really accelerates once he makes the catch and makes guys miss-big play receiver and very tough/strong. Also an excellent DB and punt returner. Great D1 prospect-look for multiple D1 offers.
LB Chet Moss-Cedar Park HS-TX 6’1 225 4.55
Very strong, aggressive LB with exceptional speed . Has an offer from SMU look for a lot more to come- top LB in a very tough league in Texas
Quentin Gause-2011 RB/LB 6’2 215 4.5 Forty 3.5 GPA Bishop Kearney HS-Rochester NY. Great year at LB and RB- 13+ tackles a game led team in sacks nearly 100 yards rushing a game. All –American type prospect, not only has the size and speed coaches like but his on field production is tremendous
ATH-Ju’Juan Story- Nature Coast Tech- Brooksville, FL
6’4 185 4.31 ( yeah really) lines up at QB,WR,DB. My early pick for top 2011 prospect. Yep other 2011 prospects have a lot more offers right now- Ju’Juan will have a lot of offers by spring. This kids speed and athletic ability are insane. Randy Moss I guess comes to mind. Putting up big #’s each week with highlight reel type plays every game.
2011 APB Kevin Monangai- Seton Hall Prep-W. Orange, NJ
5’10 195 4.5 Forty 3.3 GPA. Outstanding year for Kevin over 1400 yds after going for over 1100 as a sophomore. Very tough, versatile back, outstanding prospect- look for multiple D1 offers for Kevin
FB Tyler Cierski –Hotschton, GA-Mill Creek
6’1 235 4.65 Forty 3.8 GPA. Does everything you want a fullback to do, runs hard, great blocker, catches the ball well, very strong. Grades outstanding 3.8 GPA. Averaged about 95 yards rushing a game
RB Max Delorenzo- Berlin HS- CT
6’0 200 4.43 Forty Has it all – great runner, catches the ball very well and can block as well. Tremendous speed for a big back. Averaged 200+ yards a game with over 300 yards in state championship game. Broke school career rushing record going over 3000 career yards.
TE Ryan Malleck- Point Boro HS-NJ
6’5 230 4.6 forty. Plays WR and DB –will be an outstanding TE in college. Tremendous athlete, very fast and strong and a playmaker on both sides of the ball. Works out with top strength coach Mark Deppen in off season. Malleck put up excellent numbers this year at WR and DB. Should be one of the top rated TE’s in the country in the 2011 class.
Treyvon Green RB 5’10 200 4.5 Forty 3.5 GPA Rowlett HS-Rowlett,TX
Great RB prospect with speed and power- averaging over 100 yards a game in a top league in Texas (5A). Expect multiple D1 offers for Treyvon
Mark Bodkin OT/DT/LS 6’6 300 5.3 Forty Lincoln HS- Tallahassee, FL
Tremendous athletic ability for size. Played OT now DT also an outstanding long snapper
Tiquan Womack- DT/OL 6’2 275 5.0 Forty Plainfield, HS- NJ
Great year for Tiquan. Tough, aggressive, very athletic with a nonstop motor, great attitude and work ethic. Major D1 prospect on either side of the ball. We have seen Tiquan look outstanding at DT, at our NJ camp he worked at OL and was equally impressive. Great feet and quickness, extremely aggressive, a worker, look for multiple D1 offers.
Jim Custer ILB -6’1 225 4.6 Forty Salesianum School, DE
Ultra aggressive LB with outstanding speed- makes a ton of plays- will be an outstanding D1 LB
